IS IT THE RIGHT TIME TO LOOK FOR A ROLE?
It is always the right time to put in place a plan for how you will get your next role. With the exception of Christmas and January the recruitment market in Australia is busy all year round. Internationally, the recruitment market is busy all year with the exception of August.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY NEXT ROLE?
This will depend on a lot of factors. It can take as little as 1 week and as long as a year to go through a recruitment process . The average time frame is about a month. Factors influencing the time frame include the economy, areas in demand and your skillset.
